Fight Night Round 3 :: PS3 Game Previews

Having already launched on various platforms, including the PSP and Xbox 360, the boxing title has been received well by fans, and rated highly in reviews. Besides an obvious improvement in graphics when compared to previous Fight Night games, Round 3 also includes a revamped career mode where players can win fights to increase popularity and then appear in sponsored matches and ESPN.

This time it's official, here are the images of Forza Motorsport 2 on Xbox 360. It looks quite a bit better than the screens from a few days ago, but there is room for improvements.
Update : Looks like someone was a bit too eager to put these screens online, as they weren't supposed to be released until tomorrow. If you missed them, you'll have to wait a few more hours :)

Jeff Minter Bringing Tempest To Xbox Live Arcade!

Was pretty excited to see this post on Evil Avatar pointing to Jeff Minter's blog discussing the topic. For those of you who don't know, Jeff created Tempest for the Atari Jaguar - probably the sole reason to own the system (and the reason I still have mine packed away in the basement). The Jaguar's version was well known for psychedelic effects and a great techno soundtrack - from the looks of things, the Xbox Live arcade version appears to be (at least visually) in the same vein.

Hilarious Target Ad Shows Busted Xbox 360

I don’t know when they snapped this pic, but they used one that’s showing off a pretty scary set of red rings. I’m over the $400 price tag of the 360, but there’s no way I’d pay that for one that’s busted. I wonder how long it will take before Target modifies the ad; I’m sure the internet will be all over this.
