EB Leaks Prices of Rock Band Accessories
"Earlier this week, EA announced Rock Band, the next game from Harmonix. Rock Band will allow gamers to perform music from the world’s biggest rock artists with their friends as a virtual band using drum, bass/lead guitar and microphone peripherals, in addition to offering deep online connectivity.
Today, EB Games has revealed the price for the different Rock Band accessories. First, there's a Rock Band Wireless Guitar Controller, which according to EB will cost $79.99. It is worth mentioning that yesterday, Harmonix developer Jason Booth confirmed that the Guitar Hero X-plorer Controller will work with Rock Band.
EB is also listing a Rock Band Drums Set, which has the same retail price of the wireless guitar, $79.99.
Finally, there's a Rock Band Microphone that has a $39.99 retail price and it is currently listed only as a PS3 accessory but we expect it to be available for the Xbox 360 too.
EB has a November 1, 2007 release date for all these accessories but it might be just a date used as a placeholder. "
